Argument about the term "sharking".? - public sharking

Ok people I solve here on a legal dispute. It is a term I heard as "loan sharks" and the definition reads as follows:

Sharking refers to a ceremony where the author slips on a victim, usually a woman in a public area and forcefully makes the genitals of the victims before fleeing. Although it has similarities to the farce of common school Pantsing, loan sharking is done for sexual stimulation of the attacker.

Now I say that most people do not. I say it has happened, of course, but that's not something that people do not too often. My friend says it happens all the time.
